Sweat it out with Far Infrared Sauna, the gentle workout!
As you relax in the gentle infrared heat, your body is hard at work, producing sweat, pumping blood, and burning calories.
Our deluxe Far Infrared Sauna delivers direct heat via infrared light at low temperatures to deeply, and comfortably, warm your body. Unlike dry and wet saunas, which quickly become uncomfortable and inefficient because they primarily just heat the air around you.
This soothing warmth therapy was originally developed in Japan for patients with heart conditions. The infrared light helps cells regenerate and repair themselves, it improves circulation of oxygen rich blood in your body, and promotes faster healing of deep tissues.

What to wear
Loose fitting, breathable clothing or a swimsuit is best. Bring your own towel. A private changing area is in the sauna room.
