What is Cryotherapy?
Whole Body Cryotherapy is an alternative or adjunctive therapy that helps boost the body’s natural healing process.
Cryotherapy was first practiced by Dr. Yamaguchi of Japan in 1978. He began using short duration freezing treatments for arthritis patients and discovered he could significantly reduce the soreness and pain his patients suffered from by rapidly decreasing the temperature of the outer layer of skin.
After much research, he concluded the rapid short-term freezing of his patient's skin’s surface was more beneficial to the entire body compared to the gradual cooling of an ice bath.

NormaTec is used for Pre/Post Workout, Injury Recovery, Post Surgery Rehab, Swelling and Inflammation. Sessions are either 30 minutes or 1 hour. Works best when paired with Cryotherapy.
What is localized Cryotherapy?
Local Cryotherapy is used for accelerated healing of specific areas such of the body: neck, shoulders, back, legs, ankles, hands, feet. The local device produces a beam of cryogenic nitrogen gas to rapidly cool the affected areas, promoting a fast decrease in swelling, pain and inflammation. Use in combination with Whole Body Cryotherapy for best results.
What is the C3 "Tight & Bright" Cool Facial?
Using localized Cryotherapy your skin is rapidly cooled causing vasoconstriction of the skins circulatory vessels, which is quickly followed by a vasodilatation. The process stimulates circulation, promoting oxygenation of the dermal cells. Benefits include reduced pore size, puffiness, redness and inflammation in your face. Plus stimulation of collagen production which helps reduce lines and wrinkles.
The anti-inflammatory properties of localized cryotherapy are used to decrease symptoms of chronic skin conditions such as psoriasis, rosacea, and eczema.
