Vinyasa Flow:
Vinyasa classes use the linking together of movement and breath to create a “vinyasa flow” These classes cultivate balance, flexibility, strength, and endurance.  Beginner 6 week series is suggested before taking this class to get all of the benefits. Understanding the poses and how they link to breathe is key and so beneficial on the mat and off. All Levels.

Power yoga:
Power Yoga is a vigorous, fitness-based style of Vinyasa (flow) yoga which is similar to Ashtanga Style Yoga in that is builds internal heat, increases stamina, strength, flexibility, as well as reducing stress. This class is perfect for athletes and those looking for an intense full-body workout.

Hot yoga:
With the room heated to a warm yet not uncomfortable 93 degrees the heat produces a fluid-like stretch allowing for greater range of movement. Your muscles and connective tissue become more elastic and will help you to go deeper into a yoga pose as the body becomes more flexible with less chance of injury. Moreover, the tendons and ligaments are lubricated, thereby increasing your strength, making you tougher and less prone to injury. With the increase in blood flow detoxification of the entire body is a great benefit. For All Levels.

Beginner’s Yoga:
This class is perfect for those either new to yoga or returning to yoga after a hiatus. Learn proper alignment, beginner yoga poses (asanas) and sequences, breath control (Pranayama) in a safe and relaxing environment. This class is slower paced than an all-levels class, and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses.


Restorative yoga:
Restorative yoga provides healing for the body and the mind. This class is appropriate for all students seeking the benefits of a very relaxing, gentle, and restorative practice. Regular and consistent practice using proper alignment increases range of motion, improves joint mobility, and reduces pain and the effects of stress. People with injuries, arthritis, or other chronic conditions and limitations related to age or chronic illness will especially benefit from this practice. No prior yoga experience is required.
